Try to play a different battle, like one with supplies, to combat the Shaft. Or better yet, use Shaft yourself.

Of all the M1 guns, the Freeze has the biggest difference from M0...Thunder and Ricochet M1 are essentially the exact same as M0. So I would go with Freeze, it is pretty strong.
