All I know from being told is that moderators have access to the Report Bug button, a "Spectator mode" button, and have access to the chat commands /kick and /ban. On the forum, I believe they have access to status updates, they can press Edit and Delete, and they can see all of our IP's as well as edit history. This from past experience of moderating forums similar to this one, but it might be different.

But you forget, about the true value of these crystals you are earning! Have a look at how much you would truly distribute in those two funds you mentioned... In the old system, first place player likely gets about 170 of those 200 crystals; in the new system, he would likely earn 300 of the 500, which equals 30 at the old value. (assuming both battles are exactly the same) As you have heard, likely many times before, this is intentional. The fund is split more evenly, yet there is a negative change in gain; again, this is intentional. But the point of this, my friend, is that, sure you can divide 500 more easily than 50, but in the end is it worth more for you and your friend? That may sound selfish and greedy, but the point of the game is to fight hard, earn crystals, and level up your tank; sharing the spoils with other fighters should come second to your strength! And if you do prefer to share the spoils, the spoils are worth much less than they were originally, contrary to the larger numbers that appear! (yet again, this is intentional)

The map was very easy for saboteurs to do their job. These tankers would just sit in the upper levels and collect crystal boxes and wait for the gold box. They would not even try, to go to the lower level and do battle, they would ruin entire games, so the map was pulled from the list.

To the OP, you may relax, any highly destructive missile pointed towards other countries would likely be shot down before they had the chance to strike That is why there are many anti-missile defenses set up around the globe. People in Europe have very little to fear, the North Korean regime does not threaten European affairs; but if war were to occur, perhaps European allies to the United States may join...but civilians have nothing to worry over. In fact, no country far from North Korea, has anything to fear; the technology of this country is very backwards, they can barely feed their own people! They do not even likely have long range capability to strike any country beyond Guam, nor would I not doubt that they could even successfully launch a nuclear missile at all. North Korea has many reasons not to start a war, yet they continue to bash others with war rhetoric, I think that they are truly a self-destructive regime! Besides, if a second Korean war were to erupt on the peninsula, it would likely end much faster than its predecessor, for many reasons. (let you to figure them out!)

But if the fund is a bit higher, number-wise, wouldn't players be getting even more crystals? Why would it be divided even further if there is no other change besides a multiplication by 10? Suppose a team got 10 crystals to divide between them in the old system, now there are 100 crystals to divide in the old system...in fact, there is very little change in the amount of division required. Maybe I am just not understanding your post correctly, you should probably elaborate more on your thoughts.

It is easier to be done with Ricochet and Wasp...simply put your back to the building you want to parkour and shoot yourself up the wall! Although it has to be done a bit precisely, it can be done with just about every building in the map. For more accurate information there are videos on Youtube of Moon Silence Parkour you can watch.
