I think there was going to be something similar to this in Tanki 2.0 before they scrapped the plans. The proof lies in that there were a few human characters seen in concept arts(available through a search), which may hint towards some convoluted form of storyline within Tanki. Or maybe they were just random tankmen. Either way, a storyline would be good, to explain why the tanks choose to kill each other, but then again it may only complicate things further.

Forgive me if I still don't understand but what is exactly wrong with Shaft? It is just another weapon, like any others, it has its weaknesses so feel free to exploit. Trying to exclude the Shaft from games is what I see as a general lack of respect for the gun, which constitutes Weaponism (that's right, you people are weaponists) The same goes for Isida, you have hurt its feelings as well by refusing to enjoy its presence. Shame on you :evil:

This sounds fair. Reduce the charging time of the railgun by a few quarters of a second, it does not seem that horrible of an idea. But the question is, would it become overpowered by this?

Why do most of you people want discounts, was there not just a discount a few weeks ago? Control your greed, dear tankmen, you have more honor than this. I personally love the paint, I'd definitely buy it even if it were 5000 crystals.

This idea is rubbish, this is a Tank game for Pete's sake. This is like asking for helicopters and submarines; it just won't do. Ugh.

M3 Rail/Wasp combo is extremely powerful, it can get you many crystals if you know how to use it right.

There are probably many hackers reading this right now, rubbing their hands together evilly behind their monitors.

Tweaking the anti-cheat to stop the teleporting tankmen could not possibly be that hard. All it would require is a system which would boot a player whose actions are registered as "impossible" in normal play. There would be no risk in this for the innocent players, for their actions could never be registered as impossible, thus no wrong autobanning. You may have stated that you have already implemented such a system, but I still see many hackers, which leads me to believe that there is something awry with what you have implemented. A prime example I myself have seen is where a hacker teleports, and captures flags every so often, instead of instantly, so as not to be detected by the systems. The anticheat, as I stated before, can be improved if you focus upon the very hack of teleporting itself, instead of focusing on the instant-flag capture hack. Many new players can be traumatized by the newby games, which is the very epitome of hacking, it is the hackers' playground since the rank limits have been changed. This will lose you many MANY players over the course of a few months, or even weeks, and eventually your revenues will drop, which means no more Tanki! Who else would want that - not even the hackers themselves want that, yet they continue to hack, which is why it must be stopped before the hacker community grows too much for us.

Isida is a very strong weapon in the hands of a proper tankmen.

Oh dear, this update. :( What can I possibly say of it, besides the fact that now I am now forced to play with fellow Lieutenants, 98% of which are buyers. And on the other hand, I am also forced to play with Colonels, Brigadiers, Generals, and Marshalls, 99% of which have all M3. Almost half of my garage is still m0/m1, mind you. Now I simply do not stand a chance in many battles anymore; even though I detested newbies clogging up the roadways with their slow tanks, they were the greatest in that they were free kills in Deathmatch. The only benefit to this update, that I see, is towards the Marshalls, who get to play with their fellow kin more often, offering them the chance to team up on us Lieutenants. Bruce Lunga, please tell me this is some late April Fools joke, I beg of you, this ridiculous strict regulation of ranks must be put to an halt.
