hornet+rail once wasn't popular, time ago sandobx map was full of dictator+rail.

wasp? no :D wasp M3 had 6.0 speed, 60hp (died with one rail m3 shot, sometimes even M2). Hornet, mammoth and dictator were the best hulls for parkouring.

speed will be more, as I remember something like 7.0. Hp I really don't know, hope around that. Nope, dictator will be like before rebalance aka die in two rail M3 shots. It will be fast but less stable. (speed /= stability)
