There are no best tanks/weapons/paints, all are special for something, for example I would never go with my thunder m3 on island, or in madness/monte-carlo with freeze, or I would never go with richo in brest. So I can't vote because I would have to decide between the best 3 weapons: freeze, thunder and ricochet
