Tanki online is not a game that looks up to get the most realistic possible, it's just a game, and as a game it wants to remain different from the others, such as world of tanks. There are some real facts, like isida from the God Isis, that healed and made relive his husband. Nothing else as I know, remember that this game will never respect real world, it wasn't created for that :)
