I agree with this 100%. Plenty of people dominate with VIking, and that shows that it is a good hull. Also, people go on and on about Dictator's manourerability and speed, so why shouldn't Viking have the HP advantage over it?

Mammoth is not a close-range hull at all. IMO Railgun goes best with this because you can camp for much longer without dying or until an Isida comes.

Too right... Fully drugging Twins / Titan just stole 1st place from me in a Polygon DM but I only lost around 20 crystals so I don't mind much.

I've seen that. They usually suck. Twins users need to rotate their turrets, one of their advantages is the high rotation speed of Twins.

Yeah, very early to unlock too so all the noobs use it. EDIT: Not saying that people who use it are noobs, I'm just saying that a lot of noobs use it.

The reload is pretty quick for so much damage IMO.

I am happy that it is the most popular because I find it so easy to kill.

I made the mistake of spending almost 50k crystals on MUs, it was a waste to be honest. The 20 odd HP I added to VIking has helped a bit, but the MUs on Thunder did nothing and I have not noticed much from MUing Ceder, so lesson learned! Don't MU stuff unless there is a big difference between upgrades.

I find it annoying when a Shaft ties me down with my Thunder, but when an Isida comes to heal me I can deal with the Shaft pretty easily.
