I agree with you there. At M2, Viking is considerably better than Dictator and I always shoot it first, just because in my brain, Dictator is always weaker.

Shaft sucks later on though. I get hit, survive, Isida heals me, end of story. Get M1 Thunder. It's great. Price isn't too bad either.

Thunder/Viking 10/10, especially when I get them M2. It also helps that I have Cedar paint, with is the most expensive pant I see around at my rank (most of the time anyway).
