Wow guy, you're a pro fund-stealer. :lol: Here is my best: I have gotten a lot of funds over 2k, but this just happened to be the highest. A lot of people left and new people joined, so I got a lot more than I expected. EDIT: The top guy on the other team was a hard-core Mammoth/Rail drugger, but I didn't use any drugs.

I agree with your choice on not taking M2 Twins, that gun gets boring very fast, as I discovered in the test server and on a couple of noob accounts I made to test things.

Of couse I won't get M2 at full price, it's just a matter of pride that I can say I could. I was never really thinking I would get Digital, it is just because it's like the 'next-gen' Tundra, just as Rustle is the 'next-gen' Ceder. Several reasons I would get Rustle: A decent Freeze protection that can be MUed further would be very useful IMO. Certainly more useful than the 5 on Isida and Somky in Ceder. For example: waiting under a gold box with a Freeze shooting at you, those vital extra seconds from Rustle could well get you that gold box. Also, waiting on your team's flag waiting for your flag to be returned so you could capture the opposition's flag with a Freeze shooting you. Two examples I encountered today with a nice 2k XP & 2k crystal haul from crystal box hunting and kill-stealing. The Isida protection on Rustle may noi do much, but some Isidas might ot go directly for you if they see an easier target, and I believe it would help a little bit, especially MUed. Replying to that final paragraph, it depends a lot on how far away the discount will be. I will buy it ASAP, so if that means on only a 25% off sale then so be it. I am impatient to get M2 Thunder a. before you :D and b. soon because I have used M1 Thunder since the rebalance. I know, over a year of the same gun, sheesh (I have not played much though). So it's really time for an upgrade.

I find it really annoying when a Shaft camps right back in an enemy base with a Thunder protection paint so it takes forever for me to kill them and when I do they just go straight back.

Why sandstone? It's not that good, you have to MU it a fair bit to make it formidable.

Stuff Isida or Twins, you were right with the Thunder! It fits Viking beautifily, Viking's health takes hits from your own splash damage and from other turrets fine and the speed suits medium-range gameplay great. Just drive back from Isidas and Freezes and batter them with mini nukes from the Thunder and run rings around Mammoths and Titans (especially if they are frozen ;))

The thing with Prodigi and Emerald is that you have to choose which one to use all the time... I prefer just using one paint, its simpler that way. By the way, I actually don't like getting things early because I have this thing where I really hate having a gun that is not upgraded when the rank allows it to be upgraded, so the more ranks between Thunder / Viking M2 the better so that I can save up enough crystals to get the upgrade as soon as a discount comes along. I am pretty happy at the moment because M2 Thunder is as good as mine because I am about 18k away from the price at full, and I get a very handy 10k from ranking and the last 6k will definatly not take me 1 third of my rank to get. EDIT: Just took another Gold Box minutes after writing this. :D So only another 5k now.

I haven't seen Ricos be very effective at my rank, and there are a fair few M2s here. I suppose it would take a fair bit of skill to use it well.

I don't use it because its too slow. Only reason... and I don't like camping.

Champion, Acid, Helper... :lol: But apart from that, I dont think there is. Lots of paint with good protection against 2, but not all 3.

Nice, just realised that is M2 Rail... (I thought it was M1 for a while). Saving up for M2 Hornet now?

It would take i ridiculously long time to save up that many crystals, and lets face it- at a 50% off sale, you can get M2 Thunder / M2 Viking for 100k crystals, the extra 200k you are paying could be spent on other paints like Rustle or Digital and a pretty big chunck is also on drugs. I know you would al say that Emerald and Prodigi are really amazing and everything, but I would only use one and then its a big waste when you have another expensive paint you don't use. Also, Sandstone is useless to me, so that's another waste of crystals. So all in all, the waste out-weights the benefit IMO when I could get the tank I want for at least half the price (I might try and get Rustle, but for now Ceder is fine), probably 1 third of the price if I don't bother with Digital or Rustle.

Meh, not really... Mammoth is such a big target, people shoot at it a lot more than Titan.
