With rail the most. But, I also wanted Rico M2's alteration which gives splash damage.

Okay, so, this is my first time asking for suggestions. Take a look at my alt's garage, @Accuracy, and tell me which of these two kits I should get: I'm mostly a mid-ranged person that damages the enemy rather than attacking in their base. I usually play CTF, TDM and CP. Both in medium and large maps such as Polygon, Noise, Sepuhov, Molotov, etc. I'm considering to get Voltage since I have Hornet M2 already which fits well with Rail M2 - additionally, its module has protection against commonly used turrets I usually face. But, Rico M2 is quite powerful at my rank and its M2 alteration. So, which one should I get?

Striker M2 is quite decent if you can use it properly. Knowing when to use its multiple shot ability and when not to. But, having Twins M2 is pretty good too considering that you have a long range and a short range turret - a mid-ranged turret can be beneficial. Magnum? It's not always the perfect turret for any battle. "Magnum boasts out-of-control damage, and a range that will allow you to nail down and blast to bits every single one of your cowardly enemies, even if they’re hiding behind a building on the other side of a huge map." Learn to be patient. It's not that easy to deal with more than 10,000 players to get their rewards immediately.
