Probably get Thunder M3 (on sale) for now since you are 2 ranks away for the kit. Heavy M3 is the strongest kit so far and I'm recommending you to save for it once Thunder M3 has been bought. Yes, it is. Light M3 contains the Rail/Hornet M3 which is not yet suppose to be unlocked at that rank (which is good).

It's called "Fly hacking". It is one of the most popular hack that was used back then. A screenshot isn't enough to prove that he his actually hacking or using third-party resources. A clear video showing the hacker is needed for him to be banned.
