I think both Firebird and Twins will please you. They are both great in the maps and corresponding battle modes you mentioned. I've got a slight preference for Firebird because of the ability to burn several opponents at the same time which often comes in handy in maps with only 1 control point. On the other hand, if you 'continuously' use supplies, Twins will be better because of the unlimited ammo while Firebird reloads quite slowly. In general Firebird is more fun to play with, but that's rather personal. What about Viking m3 + Firebird m3 + Lumberjack?

Freeze m3 is definitely better than Twins m2, but it hasn't unlocked at your rank yet. Is it for another account of yours? :P You mostly use Hornet and if I were you, I'd keep playing with Hornet and get it m2. I prefer it over Wasp because it's stabler and has some extra damage. It's indeed slower than Wasp, though it has a great speed. The last steps of the micro-upgrades for Firebird's damage are very expensive and are not worth buying in my opinion. I'd not go for Freeze now, as you'll then have both Firebird and Freeze to use in battles which are both close range weapons. It might be better to buy a medium or long range weapon. What's your current garage and what maps do you mostly play in? Difficult to tell. What other equipment do you already have and what maps do you mostly play in? With Viking, I'd go for Smoky m2. Vulcan is rather boring to use and it's better to put it on a heavy hull such as Titan or Mammoth. Smoky works pretty well on Viking. :) Both Hunter m2 Smoky m2 and Hunter m2 Thunder m3 or great options. I don't think buying Fracture at your rank is a good idea. There are already way better paints available at your rank, and if you wait a few more ranks, yo can get the top paints. Fracture isn't worth it at your rank. Also, don't waste to many crystals to supplies. You can buy some, but don't spend too many crystals to supplies. If you manage to rank up, I'd go for Thunder m3. Try not to waste too many crystals to cheap paints. You'll need them at higher ranks to buy m2/m3 equipment and the more expensive paints. One of the only paints I recommend to players at low ranks, is Storm. During a 50% sale, it only costs 4500 crystals and if offers a great Firebird protection which comes in handy since Firebird is a commonly used turret at your rank. What other equipment do you already have and what maps do you mostly play in? Yeah, a medium hull goes best with Thunder in my opinion, but you're indeed in need of a nice protection paint as well. I think I'd Viking with Thunder now and save up my crystals for a paint. Though, if you manage to rank up once more and earn about 25k crystals in battles, you are able to buy Thunder m3, Viking m3 and Prodigi I think. If you don't manage to get that amount of crystals, I'd go for Viking I think, unless you mostly play large maps in which Hornet with Prodigi works pretty well. What's your current garage and what maps you mostly play in?

Yes, but I think some MUs (the first steps which are not too expensive) will come in handy.

Save them up for an m2 turret in the foreseeable future.

You already have a light hull, so I'd not waste crystals to Wasp m2 now. I guess you're in a clan since you're mentioning 'for light format'. The best you can do for light format is option 1. Both Savanna and Needle are perfect paints to use in light format. If you're really focused on light format, I'd go for option 1. If not, I think I'd go for option 2 as I prefer Savanna over Needle. I just prefer its Railgun protection over the Shaft protection offered by Needle, because in normal battles I face a lot more Railguns than Shafts.
