I must say I agree on this. It's the uncertainty and lack of reliable information that creates rumors. Though I do understand you (developers) are still unsure about this as the Unity version is still in progress.

It's always better to get an m3 turret instead of 2 m2 turrets. Isidas range has been greatly increased which is a positive point. It's indispensable in team battles. The self-healing function makes it "indestructible". You'll stay alive much longer than all other tankers which allows you to carry the flag further or even in your base. It doesn't serve pretty well in Death Matches or very large maps like Dusseldorf, Lost Temple,... Smoky m2 is better in Death Matches and better in large maps, though not my preferred weapon for large maps at all. It's better than Isida in large maps which doesn't mean it's really great, just better. The critical hit is a real positive point and the common shots have been drastically increased in power, though I'd prefer Thunder which deals massive Thunder instead of Smoky that deals just medium damage per shot. Smoky really isn't recommendable in small maps and it's a bit more boring than Isida in my opinion, but that's just my own impression.

I see you've already contact the help desk which is a good thing to do since we can't do anything about it, unfortunately. :( I also see, again unfortunately, that they didn't accept you as the winner even though you showed them some decent proof. If I were you, I'd try to contact them again. Maybe if someone else who works at the help desk takes care of your issue, you might be really helped.

It really depends on the size of the maps you mostly play in. Thunder is rather a long distance weapon whereas Hammer and Smoky are rather medium distance weapons. If you're going for a medium distance weapon, I'd choose Hammer. Smoky is more boring to play with in my opinion and Hammer is a bit stronger with its 3 fast shots that deal massive damage.
