Once you bought it, you can't remove it yourself. When you don't win, it will get removed though. "The video must be made exclusively for this contest. Videos made earlier will not be accepted. To prove that your video is exclusive, all members of your team must be wearing the “Parkour Master” paint. Once the contest is over, the paint will be removed from all garages, except for those of the winners." It's not specifically mentioned that you have to give your video a certain name, so I think it's not necessary. You can still name it "Tanki Online - Master Of Parkour Contest" just to be sure and/or to let your subscribers know why you made it. :)
