Depends on what you are doing. For just gaming, yes. If you are into recording or streaming, I would go for something higher (6-8gb ram and i5+)

RAM is one of those things that you can't really can't fix. Your best bet is to try to replace it. The price of RAM has gone up by 50% in the last year sadly :( Check here to see some RAM options.

Without a full screen it is impossible to determine whether it is a hack of some sort or simply a long game. Also, you are breaking Violator Section Rules by posting an image with profane abbreviations ;)

I have experienced that problem before. Are you able to furnish your computer specifications? Also, does the whole computer lag, or just tanki. The easiest thing to do is simply reboot. For a more permanent solution, I would need some more details. Once those are provided I can try to help more :) The font is a special for for administrators and staff members.
