Try downloading a malware cleaner from google, i can't give you a link because of the third party software rule. But download one and run it, this should fix your problem :)

Try using another browser, if this doesn't work. Try clearing all your cache/history.

Tanki can't add this feature because if a family plays from the same IP address and one person breaks the rules it affects the whole family, not just the person who broke the rules. Please next time post here or here :)
