The freeze effect was greatly reduced, but it's fine. I am a freeze user and I found playing with it more fun. And as it is already unlocked on a comparitively low rank, and has an OK price, the effect nerfing was fine. No freeze can stop a drugging freeze anyway xD

it means that if a team has more ppl in it than the other, people wont be able to join the team with more people, to balance out teams.
