About ten seconds, if you buy them all. No, not 10 secs, you need to rank up a lot to buy all weapons m3. Of course, in few hours buying everything rank up is too easy, but where is the joy then? It takes 3-5 minutes to purchase using paypal, 5-10 for visa or mastercard yes, mins if you're second lieutenant or higher, then you can buy everything(not sure if there is something else after, im a lower rank, but shaft m3 is available at that rank), but if you have a lot of money to spend, but start new in the game as recruit, still need to play a lot.

Why do you think you must have more points than the other guy based only in kill ratio? First of all, the ratio depends very much on your type of weapon/tank, if you play freeze+hornet to get flags, you are gonna die much more than other player with equal rank, but playing mammoth+shaft. In the other hand, if he has lower rank, probably his equipment is worst than yours, so for you is easier get kills. Finally there is the experience, higher ranks have much more experience in the game, they played more and know more tricks, they should be better. Of course, i think the calculations should be made counting not only the rank, but the equipment (im reading in the forum and still not shure how exactly they made the math), because of that, the buyers have huge advantage over the normal players who cant afford the very good stuff (m3 upgrade) in lower ranks like WO's. Honestly, how many players can buy a mammoth m3 + freeze m3 (20400 + 15000) at WO5 without real money??

isn't that easy, not every body has a real Ip address, the schools, enterprises, labs, etc share the same ip or ip addresses space, asigned by DHCP "randomly"(you can read about that if you want), so if they do what you propose, for one cheater maybe you're blocking all of players at the same school. Depending on your Internet Service Provider, even in your house, not always have the same ip, sometimes they're assign the ip dynamic, so your ip change every time you connect. Besides, its very easy change your ip address without tech knowledge(if you know about computers its even easier), just using proxys, vpn programs, even nets like Thor. Finally, all of those players that cheat using programs, only need to download the newest version because for skilled programers its easy change the ip address(not the real asigned to you, but the other appear in tanki's server). Sadly the ip ban isn't feasible.

if you do that, the skills and team work would be less important, because anybody can play and play and play, gather a lot of crystals in CTF even when his team did not catch a single one flag. this is just one example.

i do not intend to offend, but all of tanki players were noobs in some moment(some of them have very high rank because buy all the good stuff and play a lot, but still noobs), so the best option is just play maps wich allow only ranks "no noobs", wherever is that rank 4 you. I read you were used twins and i saw a video of mamoth with thunder, but maybe should be useful know exactly what you buy, the order. i want to know if exists some repo where the best players upload his/hers videos, something like a youtube channel. Youtube is in general very, very disorganized, so is very difficult find videos of the best players. if dont exist, maybe should be a good idea, like starcraft who has millions of players around the world, even professional teams(real professionals, who live from their earnings) and take the game to a new level. i read in the forum about the actual english tournament(in a fact, i read about the best clans), my question is if any of the best clans like SS or DD etc(apologized to the other good clans i know about) are already played battles against the best clans of russia, because it seems they are extremely good. There is something like a "world league", for the best clans of the entire world?
