It's not 4 am for everyone. Due to timezones, 8 UTC is anywhere between 8 pm the day before, and 10 pm on the day.

Basically, the spreadsheet is on a "need-to-know" basis, and we scrubs don't need-to-know... Anyway, just because the last time was convenient for you and issho, doesn't mean it's convenient for Marc and nijna. This is a time that works, and (as previously said) changing it would probably cause more hassle than its worth...

But this was the standard, M1 rail. No MUs or alterations required. It would comfortably one-shot all light hulls without DD, and (let's face it) people are still using M0 light hulls without prot up to WO5. Gunslinger unlocks at first sergeant or something. Hornet M1 unlocks at WO3. That's a lot of ranks to one-shot people at...

As much as 'i would like the old railgun back, I have to admit it was far too OP. Rail M1 could 1 shot M0 light hulls, making gunslinger arguably the best M1 kit in the game...

And striker could probably do with a buff... I see about 1 striker every 10-20 battles, whereas I see at least 1 magnum every battle - or rather, I don't see them, but get hit by them as they cower in their base, literally impossible to get to.

Most likely, the table will almost certainly not be updated until the next "Best of AWC" is published with the next newspaper.
