I was first at polygon CP with my low ranked account with mued rail m0 and I won the battle too... So not really in the hands of a truly skilled railgun. It's just that there are so few.

dictator is heavy enough not to move excessively while taking fire, not slow like the 2 heavies, has an excellent turning speed, and gold boxes... plus the turret placement is pretty useful most times with only exception being hornets sticking on the back of your hull sideways (not a big issue since it turns fast really) some consider the height a disadvantage, I think not. (unless you're using today's isida with it..)

Yes it is, but pop a "3" and you magically don't need any skill except shooting to who isn't looking at you (And that's the majority (90%+) of Railguns out there).

it wont heat earlier, the time it takes to heat is on "reload time", i don't know about afterburn potency though.

If draining half of the damage you deal isn't enough for you to sustain yourself enough while attacking, idk how you're using isida...

been playing on low accounts, and the non turning hammers are common, had to distance them a lot to get reduced damage (more than a firebird & co. range) so i assumed 30m+

On test still, there was a day of fixed colonel rank, i bought myself mammoth and vulcan m2, microupgraded to m3,then with winter/loam. 2nd placed with great DL WITHOUT supplies. Tell me how isn't that a big and bad tank.

well on test the m4 vulcan with titan and inferno did a good mess on enemies, no matter what they had
