Buying crystals does not mean you cannot be banned for violations of the game rules. It doesn't give you a free pass on that. As for getting your account back, if you can't remember the nickname of the account, I'm afraid there's not much the help desk can do for you. If you remember other details, like when the account was created, payment info (and proof) and which e-mail it was registered to, you might have a chance. Good luck!

The thing is, based on just that screenshot, it's impossible to tell what is going on inside that battle. For all we know that player in the blue team has just joined. Obviously, if they're actually powerleveling or using the player in the blue team as mult, it is against the rules. However, this screenshot itself does not prove anything and possible violations of the rules can only be assumed, not proven. This is one of the reasons screenshots or videos taken from outside of the battle are never accepted as proof of a violation.

If someone has access to your facebook account, they can get access to your account even without knowing the password. Also, if a hacker links his or her facebook to your account, you can change your password all you want. The hacker will simply get access through facebook.

Well, it's a fact that moderator stuff has to be dealt with in private with the admins and/or cm. We can't say that enough. As for the esports part, I was in the INT team, so basically I was on the receiving end of all the bad things that went on during that showdown. Wouldn't make sense for me to defend RU esports mod if they were to blame for it all. And it's no use pointing fingers at others that might be to blame for it either. It happened and it sucked, but we had a lot of fun also.

1. Equipment Ahem.. Need I say more? 2. Economy Micro upgrades are expensive. The rest isn't. It's perfectly possible to have more than 1 hull and turret without buying a single crystal. Many players have done it, it just takes some good planning and you have to make the right choices. 3. Golds Won't say more about this than saying that I think the gold system used to be far better in the past. 4. Moderation If you have a problem with that, contact the administrators, or even the community manager. Another idea could be to apply for moderator yourself. Reason punishments differ between players depends on karma, what kind of violation it is and seriousness of the violation. 5. eSports Spring Showdown had nothing to do with Russian esports mods. And it wasn't practice where we were winning, it was the real deal. But due to players losing their connection (for which ever reason it was) all the time, it was decided to postpone the match.
