Please use this form to contact the technical support about your problem. As for you using MyTank, this is third party software, which is not only a potential security threat, it is also forbidden by the game rules. More information about third party clients here.

This topic addresses the plug-in failure. It's been suggested that choosing a different browser or using Standalone Flash Player could solve the problem. Perhaps installing a previous version of Adobe Flash Player helps.

You can try clearing your flash and browser cache and shared objects to see if that fixes the problem.

I'll close this topic, since there is another topic that discusses the same issue. If anything changes or there's a solution found, it can be posted there. Good to know you can at least play using Google Chrome. Closed.

Leave your feedback about the new Downloadable Client
CooperO replied to theFiringHand in News Archive
Most likely because no one knows the answer to it. Could you describe exactly where it goes wrong, what happens when you try to start it, maybe provide some screenshots? That way we might be able to determine what the problem exactly is, perhaps it's not Vista but something else that is causing the problem. Have you been able to download the client? Have you been able to install the client? -

Maybe instead of playing with good xp players, you could try playing against them. It is true that you will get better by practicing a lot, but if your teammates do all the work, there's no need for you to try harder. A real challenge would be to play with another xp nub against a stronger opponent, that way you really have to try your hardest. If the opponent is far too strong, it won't help much though. As an xp nub myself I can't really give you any tips and tricks, but this is what I think would be the most effective way of improving. Good luck!

After equipping an item, open one of the other tabs (hulls, turrets, protections etc.) to give the server some time to notice you've changed equipment. It takes a little longer this way, but at least you would have to get back to the garage a second time.

A tip for next time you want to buy something while in a game: After buying an item, open one of the other tabs (hulls, turrets, protection etc.) and only then get back to the game. The same goes for when you want to change equipment. Somehow it takes a while for the server to notice you changed/purchased an item in the garage when you're in a game. You have to help it a little.

This is because by default, a "random" battle gets displayed when entering a server, regardless of which game modes you've enabled. I'm not entirely sure if it's actually random though, it might as well be the newest or oldest battle or something entirely different. It just doesn't take into account which modes you've enabled and disabled. You can try clearing your Internet Explorer cache.

Yes.. It's called a "buy new pc" button.. There is not really one button to improve your FPS, but there are a few tweaks you can make to improve it. On the Help site is an article with some tips on how to raise your FPS. -
It's not, if you're ever in doubt, you can check the home page. In case of maintenance, it will be announced there.

I don't even know the code..

I think because no one knows how to help yet. This client has only just been released, so everyone is still figuring things out. You could try re-installing the client, but other than that I can't help you either. I've heard things like clearing your Internet Explorer cache helped for some. Another player left this possible solution:
