Thank you both for your feedback, I've relayed your complaints to the community manager.
-
Since when did you start seeing this? And does this happen only for you or do you notice this also for other players?
-
I don't mind this update either, but there are always things to improve.

They're brothers..;p And if you ever see 'me' typing some gibberish, that means my cats have been walking all over my keyboard. Nope, they know they're cute.

Because it was not worth quoting. You come here posting some false accusations about something you clearly do not understand. I could try and explain it to you if you want though. Helpers that bootlick me will be far more likely to be kicked out than helpers that are not afraid to give me their honest opinions. Best helpers deserve their nomination simply because they go above and beyond helping this community, all in their free time and without getting paid (money) for it. If you think that you will get nominated for best helper for sucking up to the admins, cm, devs etc. then I'm sorry to disappoint you. If you constantly criticize updates, I doubt you'll like this game enough to spend quite a bit of your free time to help out. If you want to discuss all of this in more detail, please send me a pm, I won't bite. Now let's get back on discussing the actual topic at hand: the rename pass. Judging by the comments in this topic I think I can quickly summarize it to (correct me if I'm wrong): The price is too high and the option should be available for crystals also. Has the process of changing nickname itself improved or does it need any adjustments? Perhaps a double confirmation of the new nickname?

If you look closely, you'll notice that there are two..;p

I've received an answer from : If the place looks exactly like the map and it misses only a tank - yes. If the whole picture is CG and no real life objects are from Ttanki, then no.
-
You don't have to be visible in the photo yourself. I'm not sure, I've forwarded the question to the community manager, so bear with me.
-
You came from the future? :O I think I weigh somewhere between 50 and 60 kg, but I can't even remember the last time I stepped on a scale.
-
You can slightly edit your photo, but you're not allowed to use editing software to create an image that looks like something in Tanki. An example of some editing can be seen in the first post of this topic (top picture).

I think it would have been far better if they'd implemented it like this back when they first introduced the feature in 2012 (but that's easy to say now of course). I think that the price is a tad bit high. This update doesn't affect me personally though. I have no desire to change my nickname and it's something that does not make the gap between those that can invest money and those that can't any bigger when it comes to actual gameplay.

You just post the image on your Facebook page indeed, and do not forget to include the hashtag #DejavuTO and your nickname in the description, otherwise the judges will not be able to find your entry.

Either because you did not answer all the questions correctly, or because you were below the rank of Warrant Officer 1 during the contest.
-
What you're suggestion is definitely an option, but you don't have to create something that looks like a map, building or tank in the game. It can also be something existing in your area. For example a certain road that looks exactly like part of the map Cross or Deathtrack, a house that looks exactly like those wooden houses in the map Forest etc.

We collect the feedback from the topics and report it to the cm along with any additional feedback we have ourselves.

In the contest rules it says that you have to take a picture of something that looks like a map, building or tank in the game. Correct: http://tankionline.com/en/2013/11/deja-vu-contest-is-on/ The year before that, a similar contest was held: http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=102255 No, it's optional. Please enlighten us!..;p The only place where you can submit your entry is on Facebook.

Now that's an interesting and completely random match.

Agatha Christie has written many great mystery novels in my opinion, including this one. Enjoy reading!

It makes me a little sad that you think that. That clearly shows that all the work the helpers have been doing to help and improve the community has gone quite unnoticed. By the way, whenever I disagree with the community manager, or have a complaint, I just go and talk to him about it. I know, that doesn't make sense at all!
-
Not at all. You're most welcome to send me a pm if you wish to know more about what their job is.

Generally we do not rely on Google translate to understand another language because it has a tendency to translate a text incorrectly. That could lead to misunderstandings. As for your question, I do not understand what you're trying to ask, I will ask one of the Italian helpers to help out instead. Depending on which country you're from, it's going to cost you a whole lot more to change your legal name. I suggest you contact the help desk again as soon as possible so they might be able to correct it (if the nickname hasn't already changed).
