Probably yes, but if it resulted in good fun, is it really a waste? This goes with anything by the way. You can 'waste' your money on a roller coaster ride, on a meal at a restaurant, on a piece of clothing, on a book, but it'll only be a waste if you did not enjoy it. So if @Musa is enjoying playing the game with the items bought with real money, it's not a waste. If not, then yeah better spend that money on a burger..;p

You asked if they were allowed, I answered. I'm aware that there are still many players using cheat software, but it's impossible to completely get rid of them. When those cheaters are recorded and reported, they will get punished. Battle moderators are monitoring the battles, but it's hard to catch one of those players that uses cheats, because they only occasionally use it. A battle moderator will observe the battle for around 10 minutes, if nothing happens during that time, there's nothing they can do. There's an anti-cheat system in play, which makes you self-destruct if you get too high or if your tank moves in a certain way it shouldn't be possible, but that's far from an air tight system. The complaints about many hackers during gold box events were forwarded to the people that work for TO and they do know the harm that those players cause to the game. They simply can't switch a magical button to make them all go away. Hopefully the HTML5 platform will give them more and better options to prevent cheat software from working and ruining battles.

They don't really, they're just the vectors. Just like certain mosquitoes are vectors for malaria (caused by protozoans) and tics are vectors for Lyme disease (caused by bacteria) and so on and so forth. Just saying..;p

I do understand where you're coming from, I just don't entirely agree with your point of view. No problem with that though..;p I have forwarded the feedback from the players here, but I of course can't guarantee that it will result in a different approach in the future.

Considering the prices you can win by buying some ice tea bottles, it will certainly encourage more people to buy them (car, electric bike, traveler's checks etc.), that is the intention behind it after all. On top of that, you can buy as many bottles as you want. With this bundle, you can only buy it one time (perhaps a few more times if you have several alt accounts, but that won't win you any crystals on your main account). The reactions from players that didn't win is understandable, losing isn't fun. Players keep their hopes up and when they don't win, they're disappointed, of course! I really wouldn't compare this reaction to that of gamblers, because their reaction would be to buy more, more, more, try again, again, again (you get the idea). If anything, I think this teaches them something. They'll learn to deal with disappointment, learn to spend their money wisely, learn to appreciate it more when luck IS on their side sometime in the future (with whatever it may be).

Application or distribution of third-party software or other means for improvement/automation of game possibilities (bots, cheats), as well as programs that may deteriorate the functioning of the Game and/or the functioning of electronic devices of third persons; Unfortunately enough, hackers cannot always be stopped and they do not always get caught right away. They're especially rampant during events with increased gold box rate like this one. The anti-cheat system stops part of them, but sadly not all. As an honest player, the best you can do is record them and report them in the Game Violation Reports section.

It's not. With gambling you put in money and either get nothing, a little bit or a lot and you can try again if you win nothing. And then you win a little, so you want to keep trying to get that jackpot (meanwhile just losing more and more money and getting nothing in return). In this case, you buy a bundle and on top of that, you have a chance to win a prize. Compare it to those action codes under the cap of ice tea bottles or cans with crisps. You buy the item, and you might win something by entering that code into a special site. Already reported.

That's not possible, you could only get it by purchasing it from the shop, or by attending the meet up in Moscow. It will be added later today, before the giveaway.

Yes that makes sense. What I meant was that you don't HAVE to use the matchmaking system, you'll still be able to make and pick battles yourself.
