Chat moderators have lots of work to do, they get lots of reports a day. Many other players also uses vote command, they need to complete 1 by 1, chat moderators always trying their best. As we all know that everyone have different time zone, and there are only few chat moderators in english community, they probably gets over 200 reports,therefore you need to wait after reporting. If you have any complains about chat moderators work, report it to one of the chat administration @Shar0n or through forum pm. Closed.

I replied when the sale was still ON.

The sale is still ON, it doest says there "sale", but after you MU something then it will show it cost 0 crystals to speed-up, normally it cost a lot of crystals to Speed-up.

Maybe you did something wrong, check this out, how to post a video.
