Did you check how many crystals you had before the server re-start?, because sometime it doesn't show but the crystals add in your accounts.

If you bought the crystals when you had double crystals card then of course you will get double amount of crystals, so even if you get the crystals tomorrow and your double crystals card expired you will still get the double amount of crystals because you bought the crystals when you had DCC.

Normally people use one account to join a clan even though they have 2-3 accounts, they use their main account to join a clan and also they confirm with that account. It doesn't matter how many accounts you have, you just need to confirm with the account you are joining the clan.

Hello, your not the only one having this problem, most of the players have this problem. Did you try on different browser?, if not try on different browser, if it still don't work contact tech support help@tankionline.com.

If you have not paid or your payment was cancelled then no point of reporting. You can try buying crystals again.
