If made on Windows Paint Asked for image of Hornet Railgun Inferno (or TankViewer), then paste, then mirrored, added the background of Electra paint, then texted the name. If made on Paint.NET ^ Go on TankViewer, took a sample of the tanks, found an image of Electro paint, made it bright, put in background, post on layer 2 and layer 3 for the tanks, merge it, then write the text. Easy cake.
