The thing is, before the rebalance, the wasp was the newbie hull, the worst hull in Tanki Online. Even now it has been rebalanced and is the fastest hull, but it still flips over and has low HP. Many people say that it's the worst hull, though they are just people who are not skilled, or registered before rebalance, soo in my opinion I don't think it's the worst hull.
