Pogba is far from what he's doing in Juventus. But the bigger problem is the defence. Evra is really really bad. Always in attack, rarely in defence. Sagna is an overall bad player. And Rami is way too slow. We lack of imagination. Spain, Germany, Croatia, Poland, Wales are far more creative then us. Italy is not very strong in attack, but they have a such a solid defence. Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini + Buffon, they all play together in Juventus, so they know each other very well.

I haven't played yet, so I don't know about the update. But there are no more ratings in the Exp bar. I don't know why you did that, and I don't know anything else about this update so far.
