Isida M2 and Viking M2

I would get Mammoth M3 as it is a beast hull, but if you want some more speed get Titan. I wouldn't advise you to buy Dictator, since Viking is a much better and faster hull with pretty much the same HP as Dictator, once MU'd.

I think you should wait and get MU's on your soon-to-be Thunder M3 since Viking will work with it really well in the CTF's, TDM's and your Mammoth M2 will work really well in the DM's and CP's.

Definitely Railgun. Always buy the turret/hull before a paint and anyways, Railgun/Hornet is a beast combo! ;) As for the Titan thing, I really don't know!

I'm gonna get Dictator M2 in the Christmas sale and will have about 14,000-16,000 crystals left. Should I save up for Tundra or buy a different paint at half price? Your opinions would be most appreciated!

Should i get tundra or corrosion, bearing in mind that there has just been a thunder and shaft sale and most people would've bought those weapons?

This update is really bad; can you just put the crystal boxes back to 10 crystals and have a 'gold box will be dropped soon' notification again. Otherwise, the predictable drops with supplies is a hit.
