As a person who sucks at taking gold boxes, I can reassure you that I still suck at catching them after reading this guide. (Biggest part of the problem is that there are too many laggy Dictators <_<)

A camera speed of 0.5 and/or 1 (0.5 for slower hulls, and 1 for faster, depending on your modification and type of hull) is just perfect for cinematic mode! Looks like a spec is following you, and looks just as good as the GTA cam. :)
