nice idea! but i think the weaker tanks should get their health back faster instead of slower because they are weaker (so they die faster) and the stronger tanks can last longer which mean they have plenty of time to recover.

most generalissimos have m3 stuff so i guess the higher ranked people could get crystals from the last 3 or 4 ranks and then get the rest as you rank up

How about getting awarded after ranking up and getting a balanced amount of crystals appropriate for the rank. We then can afford something better and the whole Tanki Online community will have something else to look forward to when ranking up. ~SpHryfBoss :tank:
