To all those who are saying "bye bye" "see ya" "bad update I will leave". I don't understand if you don't like it then just leave. Since this update was in news(at that time it was just being planned) you guys have been saying "bye bye". Developers and everybody knows about overpowered drugs and its unfair advantage to the buyers. That's the reason they implemented smart cool downs. They made this game skill full. But again some will say we want fun not skills. -,-" Fun for you I Lamborghini chasing bicycle(yeah druggers 234 druggers were Lamborghini and bicycle were normal tanks) killing them makes you feel good but now after smart cool downs are here. So that made all of us come on equal grounds. So yeah this is the reason most of the players are crying "bad update bye bye". Soon you will see a reply from warrant officer and he will be like "yeah now it is time to kill some noobs but they are just running away like cowards. They were just noobs" lol

this sounds good. Decreasing cool down time a little bit. To be frank it takes a lot of Time to get other powerups on. So a little decrease in Time would be good

Hmm something may seem right just because 100 people are supporting it. But it doesn't make it right the majority. have fun by beating the ones who cant have as equal equipments and power ups like you? Ahh you must play ping pong then. Doesn't require skills anybody can play :D The way I see fun is if someone appreciate's the way I play. I know I am not skilled and I got enough of drugs but still I want this update to make it fair for Everyone.

Earlier battles used to be like this... 8 vs 8 Blue team got 5 druggers and red team got 2 druggers. So it was obvious that blue team is gonna win. This was the main reason why people wanted to join winning side with high rank players doing drugs show off. And normal players getting annoyed. So if drugging in a battle(234) and killing the ones who aren't drugging. That's not skill. But soon this update is going to get implemented. And with this update battles will be more intense and strategic. So yeah you got to have skills in order to use drugs. And this will provide equal chance to every player. And no more unfair advantage. And the last thing. I saw few comments and most of the comments were like " I leave" "we leave tanki farewell" well my answer to you guys is that you are scared because after this update you are going to get beaten by a skilled player and you are scared there wont be (234) to save you. So you are just running instead of facing and actually making low rank players to think that "omg he is so skilled. Hell yeah that's the reason he is generalissimo" So you guys can run away as you never deserved to be genrals. Go play other games where you can dominate normal skilled players with your money :D

it is good and fair but i couldnt enjoy 123 in test servers :P hahahah really good update but still idk how that works because when i took double armor other things have different cool downs. can you guys explain it that how does it work statistically? edit - genralissimos are running away so that they can escape the beating from rank Majors :P hahahahah downvote my post more please :P as if i care :D
