You can't dominate CTF with Isida, its main purpose is healing, Freeze is far better at it, IK, I'm a freeze user.

As the above people said, you will lose all your weapons and tanks and get back all the crystals you've spent on weapons and tanks and upgrading them. Paints might be refunded too, but I'm not sure, there is no info on it atm.

I'd upgrade Hunter and use it until I can buy viking.

Easy, M2 freeze. M3 viking. Either is good, I used Hunter on my main ac and it worked well, but on my 2nd acc, I stuck with Wasp, which also works, depends on if you value speed or health more.
