OK. Just recently made WO1 (oooooo......awwwwww <for me that was>). And now I find myself back in noobland with an M0 Viking & M0 Thunder. Do some seasoned veterans have some advice on how to proceed with this marriage? Maps? Games? Ranks to stay fighting against for practice? I did read koolwalky's article on thunder, and his advice does work.......Just not fast enough.

I passed on the dictator, and waited for the hornet. The hornet has low hit points, and it's kinda squirrly, but with nitro, you can be out with the flag before the guards even know you were there. Although, with a W0 1 promotion, dictator has good speed and armor. But you should also wait to upgrade to an M3 hunter. It was well worth it (for me anyway)

Maybe he's upset because there are players of high rank using low tech.(and probablly beating him to no end) I don't really know if I would ever give up my M3 smoky, or M3 twins. (M3 twins rock on CTF defence :D ) Or maybe he's confused about callsigns, I'm actually a WO1

Let me clarify..... I am SGT-Mjr. I had just owned 3(what I can only guess as .....um.....people who are unfamiliar with playing on a larger map) maybe they ventured out from the sandbox or polygon....who cares. We were on Industrial Zone. I know my way around the map alright so I'd come out from everywhere, and anywhere and make a kill. Feeling so superior, and thinking I was all that and a bag of chips, I thought I'd go to the sandbox for some 1 on 1. This guy had the same tank as me(M0 hornet W/M3 smoky)....... Got my come-uppins I did. This guy just totally mopped the floor with me. That's my story, and I'm stickin' to it. Oh BTW Steven, there is a difference between a dialogue, and a monologue.. just throwin' that out there.
