So I was reading this article about what defines morals and how to test people of their moral standings. I was curious to know what you guys would do in this situation. I might get in trouble for this, but seeing that the article on the website wasn't age restricted, I'm hoping it'll be fine here. But, this calls for some creativity as well so flex your brains you wandering amoeba :) :) Sorry in advance if an issue pops up Dilemma: You are the engineer of a train station. Your job for the day is to pull the levers so that the trains can change rails to go into the proper stations. Now, because rush-hour was crazier than normal that day, you see 5 people fall onto the racks right in front of you. This wouldn't be that much of a problem except for the fact that the train is about to make its stop at the station, meaning you have a split chance to change the train's route to a second track, saving the 5 people's lives. BUT, on the second track, you see one lone worker minding his own business, about to finish his early morning shift from 12am - 8am. You know he isn't the most well off individual and well, he has 3 kids and sick wife to take care of. If you change the train's track, which would save the 5 people, you would be responsible for the death of that lone worker. So, what do you do?? Do you pull the lever and save the 5 people, or save the lone worker and have the 5 people killed? Crazy dilemma right? Thanks for reading this far :P
