Thunder m2 first, and thunder is its worst enemy so any paint against thunder like cedar, rustle, emerald

I say rail m2. As it is a long range weapon you don't have to worry about your hulls armour but it should have little bit speed so you can move around and get some kills and avoid getting killed Well as it will be having slow bullet speed (which is different compare to firing rate) most players will be using it with fast hulls as now you have to chase your enemy down. And if you try to fire at them from a distance you will miss many shots, especially when against wasp and hornet. Twins will be still good in small areas in maps and will be better choice to take down heavy tanks thanks to its infinite ammo.

m2 fire if you have fast hull otherwise go for m1 rail

Thunder will do good with light and medium hull but not mammy after new physics come out
