Don't get your hopes up. I was playing on a Russian test server running the 'new' code and although it seemed to be slightly improved it eventually lagged out and disconnected me. Hopefully the 'real' thing will perform better.

Optimism is running low. Even the main chat is lagging now and disconnecting myself and many others. Battles are impossible. Are they actually pulling resources out in preparation for closure LOL

It has and indeed it is becoming worse. Your point about Russian players experiencing no problems is valid. I have confirmed this with some Russian based players. You may also be very interested in the fact that Chinese and Russian players pay a FRACTION for their crystals compared to what we do in the rest of the world. Nice huh? Of course there was no response to your challenge and only a fool would believe there will ever be any server upgrades. Tanki's credibility is absolutely zero just like their morals.

Before re-balance the game dynamics were good and this was part of the appeal for me. It is so ironic that the desperate cash grab was named re-balance when all it has done for game-play is completely unbalance it. Between this, the obscene lag problems and the hordes of noob druggers I consider tanki to be thoroughly broken. I bitterly regret spending money on this game.

I predict this issue will only continue to worsen. I predicted what the rebalance would actually result in months before it happened. No-one listened then but you are all finally figuring it out now right? These issues are connected not technically but financially. The bottom line is the owners of tanki are accepting higher loads to their servers than ever before in terms of total player numbers WITHOUT upgrading server capacity. They clearly have no intention whatsoever of investing in server upgrades EVER. Anyone considering paying into this scam ought to think carefully before doing so. An organization behaving in such a criminal manner would have long been sued out of existence if it were US or EU based.
