First of all, you need to rethink the situation, and get those assumed perceptions out of your head...Find something constructive to do like schoolwork, art, or even Baseball. I just came from a 10 flag, no time clock game of Moon Silence...The other team was all drugged up so we lost, but I still had fun 'bumpin and 'floatin all over the place. Even though it's challenging, once you get your footing, it's good for a change, every once and a while. It makes me wish there would be night maps, only lit by street and window light. Maybe a little moon light too, but not as bright as Moon Silence.

If no technical application for accountability can be installed, then there needs to be more moderator intervention to insure the system is not abused. In the same right, all players who witness any abuse of "kick-vote" should not stand by quietly and just take it. As such, there needs to be a specific area in the forum (other than complaints) to report that abuse..."A team works together. Not every man/woman for themselves."

I believe there are some particulars here that need to be considered by the developers. I know it would be almost impossible for voting players to type in the reason for their 'kick-vote" during the heat of a battle, but maybe there should be the installation of a category tab that when opened a list of reasons, such as sabotage etc., will appear and can be checked-off. It would be a true injustice to be targeted by players who think they can "kick-vote" people out of the game so that they can get a larger battle fund.
