Emerald has 42% thunder, 10% rail and I think 20% twins, not sure. Irbis is 40%+ Isida, rest 2 no idea. There is no normal paint with protection against all guns, and the good ones like picasso and taiga can't be bought by you... Since Picasso unlocks at I think Generalissimo, and taiga at Marshal or Field marshal (Though it comes in the dictator rail M3 kit, but that requires one more rank for you)
