Make it as if, if more than 2 people of your team can see the flag bearer, then you can see him too, I mean the enemy who has your flag, when he is running away, atleast 3 might be seeing him, then we can see him, if our team doesn't, then we also can't.

This would end up with nothing in TDM, freeze kills a firebird, the freeze team doesn't know how to.. oh wait I won't tell it, the freeze kills one of the firebird, and then the freeze dies, +1 to both team, at the end it would be a tie.
