No, because the gun-hull ratio would still be almost equal. Paints are add ons. When the Railgun is upgraded by 20%, all other hulls could be upgraded around 20%, so the Prodigi damage is almost the same. Upgrading paints increases resistance, it is not part of the damage ratio.

No, the crystals that are meant for your enemy is given, but to nobody. Each team receives the proportion of the battle fund according to the score and various other things. Even if nobody is there, 1 crystal goes to blue because that is the share of crystals they get from the fund.
