The only abuse I get on Tanki is from Rude mods. As for 123/124 Just another rip off, perhaps a desperate attempt by tanki to fix its falling sales after the damage caused by the rebalance.

I, as many tanki users, have expressed negative views on the rebalance, these have been outlined in detail on this and other treads dealing with the subject. Moving forward here are a number of suggestions & points to the developers that would begin to restore my trust in the game and would encourage me to continue to fund your site. 1 > I have no objection to the rebalance in principle, However, I do object strongly in the way in which it was enacted. 2 > Tanki should invest more into customer relations, The only Tanki input on the forum seems to be non paid mod's with no power to effect any change and who's sole purpose seems to be to "give a hard-line party line". No visual customer consultations where done prior to the rebalance. The only poll re the rebalance was on your facebook page (63% against last time I looked). The fact that many customers expressing negative views on the rebalance where banned for very minor issues, while those who support it have been allowed continue to make insults and personal attacks on those with a different viewpoint is troubling. While I'm tempted to expand this point, perhaps its best to avoid politics and cultural differences. 3 > The recent Hull adjustment, did a lot to improve game play, as personally the speed reduction after the rebalance made the game unplayable for myself. I still think the mammoth turn rate needs to be improved. 4 > As I understand more gun adjustments are to be made, as some are clearly overpowered. However, in order for players to have confidence in this game, If any hull or Gun setting is adjusted, players who own these items should be refunded, giving them the option to look at the new specs before deciding to buy the same weapon/hull or another one. 5 > Restore the cap on the rank to which you can buy experience, Do a poll on what the players think this should be set at. 6 > Reduce M3 prices, I actually think the game would make more money, currently they are so unaffordable very few players will buy more than one. Actually I think the way in which the old prices were set was quite clever, as each new item was only a little more expensive than the last, it kept you in the buying trap lol. Now with all the M3's so highly priced, well mentally you could never justify spending that much to get the full set on something that just exists in cyberspace. Of course some players might say "I don't buy" Well great, personally I might only play the game one or two hours a week, sometimes more, other time not all, so buying only option two check out new weapons, etc. 7> Fix the Game, 80% of the time I try to load into a battle it doesn't work, then when you do manage the lags!! think how much money you guys are losing, its crazy. You have a faulty product, fix it, for your own sakes and profit. 8 > Lower the M2 & M3 availability re ranks, having worked to unlock these items before by rising through the ranks, only to have spend hours & hours of game play to unlock something you already had!!, not exactly exciting. 9 > Finally, and As I write I'm sure this will not happen, once all the minor adjustments to Hulls/Guns have been made after the rebalance you should send every customer an email expressing how sorry Tanki is for its failure to communicate with its customers in a professional and respectful manner. It should go on to say how you understand that customers who feel their property was taken from them only to be replaced with items of lesser value have been badly treated, As instead of having their concerns answers by explaining new weapon specs re old in detail, I.e old M3 = New M2, etc and that more adjustments will be made in answer to customer concerns - they where told "like it or lump it, its all in accordance with our Tanki rules". (FYI My understanding of contract law is the user must visually see your T & C, before accepting, but I'm sure you know what there are doing). And it should say tanki will re do the rebalance as hull/Gun adjustments have been made since 16 Dec and give folks the option of making an informed purchase based on the current set up (After the snag list is complete). >Personally I feel the rebalance was calculated action to raise income for Tanki, taken in the full knowledge they would lose many existing customers, but in the hope increased income from new and remaining customers would more than compensate for that loss. I as one off the old paying customers who decided I'll keep playing, just never spend real money on the game again feel that if tanki where to take some of the points outlined above and across this forum on-board, they could regain customer trust and make folks like me have the confidence to buy again.

I own and run two small businesses. Over the last three years I've had to let a number of employees go, cut costs and reduce prices just to stay in business. Perhaps this is why I'm so angered by "the rebalance", the arrogance of Tanki online in the manner in which it has treated its customers. I and many users have outlined in detail our concerns - Prices increase, removal of property, etc. The fact Tanki has closed discussions where customers can at least voice their opinions only adds to my impression of a company with only contempt for those that keep them in business. As for those who have left posts supporting Tanki's actions, well maybe when you get a little older, get a job and have to pay your own way in life, you'll realise the rebalance as enacted was a rip off, nothing more. I'm sure Tanki will keep going in the short term, funded by new players and kids spending their parents money, that is until a similar game that actually values its customers comes along.

Anybody who is thinking of spending another cent on Tanki after the rebalance need to stop and think for a second. Whatever you buy today will possible be taken off you in a few months when the Developers decide they can squeeze a few more Euro out off you. Of course you can buy it back at a higher price and it probably wont be as effective in the game, but what the hell your only the customer, its not as if Tanki cares about your opinion.

Great all you have to do now is reset the prices, and weapon stats and the game might be enjoyable again.

Wow banned for a week for simply repeating a name of another Tank Game which has been referenced many times on this tread. Or was I banned for suggesting that folks like myself who have spent large sums on this game should stop supporting Tanki financially until as customers we are shown some basic respect. The reason why I'm upset? well like thousands of other customers having stuff I've already purchased removed from my garage, the massive price increases, the idea you can just buy experience (wow what fun), and probably worst of all, the new game sucks!! Slow tanks, nothing to work towards and the knowledge that Tanki in their next "money grab" will probably change the game again. Maybe in the short term Tanki revenues will increase from new players who have a wider range of weapons, but at current prices I'd imagine very few will continue to invest in their garage, at some point they have to face the simple maths. As for existing customers, well as the saying goes " once bitten, twice shy" - ie not another cent.

Well when the Tanki see its income fall, we'll see. Sure the developers can change whatever they want, but It the player who funds this website.

There is a solution to the rebalance problem, Hit the developers where it matters, in the bank account. If players stop spending money on the game, Tanki would have to reverse this update, it the only protest that will have any effect.

The rebalance has destroyed the game, I for one will not be spending another Euro on Tanki. Instead of fixing the games many bugs and lag problem, the developers have taken away what players have earned & bought over years of game play. Yes you can buy back your weapons and hulls, but at much higher price - WHAT A FRAUD. As for making the game more fun an varied, I could not disagree more, At my rank everybody is running around with the freeze as this is the only M2 available, hows that's an improvement??? So in summary the game is more expensive, less varied in actual game play and still has major bugs & lags. Well done Tanki Online, you really do know how to drive your customers to other sites!!!
