Well since you use twins I'm guessing you play in short to mid range maps meaning Hammer will be effective at M2 and is surely OP because at lower ranks you will find that hornets are pretty common. The play style of Hammer is very different to Twins which will have an effect on how you play. I reckon its better to have a range of play-styles, so get Hammer m2 (unless you can't afford it) in which case just go with the m2 dict and vulcan. Hunter m2 is better than m2 dictator but it'll be pretty expensive to get it so I'd suggest just sticking to what you have unless you're loaded. P.S. Go with a new turret b4 a new hull in all circumstances.
