Thinking about getting a wasp m2 if it goes on sale... anybody have? Is worth it?

I have it at m2, its definitely strong but the problem is if there are a lot of freezes they will ruin the burn effect for you. Even your own teammates with freezes will become your worst enemy as they constantly steal your kills and go freeze a guy burning from you and get credit for the kill. Very annoying, I wish they could fix that.

I got smoky m2 a few days ago, couldn't be happier about it, its my new favorite weapon. So funny to watch people scramble when they start getting hit with it and have no idea which way to run :)

You guys crack me up, rail nowhere close to best weapon at my rank and up. I can't even remember the last time I saw a reil owning a game. Once you get to smoky m2 its dumb to get rail since smoky crit is more powerful than even m3 rail and enemies have no idea where you are when you're shooting them since it doesn't leave a tracer like the rail does.

Exactly, with a mammoth m2 drugged with twins forget it. I can sometimes get 20 kills, no lie, before the drugs wear off. With my rustle paint a drugged isida cant even take me out with one charge if I'm drugged as well. Then when their charge wears off the twins eat them up in about 2 seconds.

Its not that weak since it shoots really fast. I usually get about only half of my kills with it from criticals

Go win about 8 or 9 games and you'll have enough you have 2 days.

M2 Viking has the best mix of speed and armor at m2 level. Theres gonna be so many Viking m2's after sale on Thursday jeeeez.

Not twins, I eat isidas up all the time while they sit there and try to take me out buzzing away... Good luck getting close enough when I'm armed with twins though, its hilarious watching them try. Also if I get a critical with a smoky its over unless your using a mammoth or very heavy hull. Many times I've killed a isida with the smoky while it was latched on "sucking" my life out when the critical comes.

Bahaha, how do you figure isida is better? Its definitely more boring to use too.

LMAO, I hope this is a joke. I have m2 mammo and twins m2, have mercy on your soul if you come across me when playing that combo. I can get 10 or higher d/l most of the time.

I can tell you from experience testing them both on the test server extensively that there IS a huge difference between m2 and m3. I played with m2 for days in no supplies battles then upgraded to the m3 just to see if there was a difference and there was a HUGE difference in the amount of kills and criticals I got. My dl went from 2 to about 4 on average after going from m2 to m3. The stats in the game aren't correct.

What you guys that have smoky m2 think? Is it awesome? I tried it in test server and did ok even against all m3 hulls..

This is where the little devil and angel pop up on my shoulders.... should I be dishonest or tell you the truth? Ok, you'll get the truth. Rico sucks now, totally sucks... don't waste your money. It runs out of shots way too soon and you can barely kill the more armored tanks even if you hit them with EVERY shot.

Yeah no worries, I also went ahead and got the m2 dictator because I couldn't survive anymore, I thought I'd probably just have to eat it and go ahead and get the viking m2 as well once I got to that level but that hasn't been the case. Just look at the dictator m2 as a really fast mammoth m1 as they have the same armor rating. I still roll with either m2 mammoth, dict or hunter and have no desire to get m2 viking now especially because i got m2 twins and they rock with dictator since its so high it can shoot over your own guys when they are in front of you. Dictator m2 and thunder m2 or twins m2 and a good paint are a bad-A combo and you can steal plenty of flags especially when drugged.

I owned at your rank with Dict m2 and thunder m2. Thunder is sort've losing its "ownage" factor now at my rank however since everybody has rustle and emerald paints. I think either way you won't be disappointed, they're both good hulls just very different since one is huge and the other is small. Thing is, they are both very well rounded hulls, both with good armor both with good speed. Hunter is much smaller however then dictator and you can be much "sneakier" with it. You can really use thunder with either, but if you use thunder I'd say go with the heavier hull, dictator m2. Hunter m2 really is closer to a slightly more armored hornet. If you can hold off and wait, viking m2 unlocks two more ranks up from where you are now and mammoth m2 unlocks next rank. Those are both SIGNIFICANTLY stronger m2 upgrades to go with.

Although their stats appear similar they are very different hulls. Hunter is almost like a more armored hornet m2 and dict m2 is really more of a mid field type hull more similar to a viking. Both good, just depends what you want to do and what gun your using it with. I've owned with both although I tend to use the hunter more with flame and freeze weapons and to attack the flag while I often use dict with twins/thunder and just go for kills while occasionally getting flags. I have a rail m2 as well and I usually use that with hunter.

Ummm, twins aren't early "boomers". They are practically useless at m0 and completely own m2 and up.

Smoky m2 or Thunder m3? So my question is, I just ranked up and can now buy thunder m3. I love using thunder m2 but have heard that its effectiveness starts to taper off at higher ranks. Should I upgrade to smoky m2 (I have m1) or Thunder m3? I probably use mammo m2, dict m2 and hunter m2 hulls the most.
