Uploading is always very much slower than download. It tends to be quicker + more bandwith at night, less peeps taking up bandwith.

Isida for XP and quicker ranking up - u get XP 4 healing team mates. Freeze is more fun and good for flag defending or attacking with team mates. Both are close range, so will need a fast hull. U also need to think ahead to what the new physics will shortly bring - the devs can still make late changes to M2 - so may be better to wait a few weeks. M2 is a big choice 4 non buyers. If u r a buyer, get em all. :) .

Guns b 4 hulls. A M2 Rail / Hornet combo will balance your garage; close range Firebird - long range Rail. Also, your Hornet after the new physics will be even faster and more stable. + fast tanks work well with Rail, quickly pop out of cover - fire - back into cover. May be Viking, (more armour and stability then Hornet), in the future.

The world will divide into Have and Have Not areas. Tanki tanks and a Battle Ship update will prevent the Nots moving to the Have areas by land or sea. Finally, because Tanki has all the money, every one wants to go to Tanki Land. :D
