Can we have a proper system and application system for giving out Veteran paint?

Undoubtedly a system is needed. I do disagree with the idea that others spamming harms my conversatiion though. I was wondering if the spam limit could be removed for PMs to friends. After all, one cannot be banned from PMs ( indicating a distinction between PMs and normal chat has already been made). The idea is that you can turn off private chat from those who are not your friends. Therefore it is unlikely that someone trusted to PM would spam their friend. I think the idea is definitely worth considering.

My complaint is very simple, the anti-spam system in the chat is very very annoying for someone who is having a conversation with a friend. I always have to wait 30 seconds to post my reply which means that the conversation may have moved on. It's bloody annoying

It is easy to acquire. When I was staff it did not take much to get it, and it certainly wasn't 4 years worth of work !

Let's get something straight shall we? Silver paint which I worked for for years and years to achieve is now 20% the same as Helper paint which you have to work for a month for? Silver requires great skill to acquire don't insult me by making it the same as the Staff paint.

Let me change the subject of discussion in a more interesting and less annoying direction. eSports - hard format and light format are greatly impacted by the paints that players use for example I know prodigi hornet is 3 shots of rail or in hard format I know which paint has freeze protection so I go for a different guy as a basic example. For me this could create huge problems

Please tell me I'm dreaming, removal of protection from special paints? I'm trying not to overreact and be angry now, but I worked hard for this paint and if it's taken away then..........................
