rail m2 is actually really weak, it was made to kill most of the tanks in one hit, but nowadays, it can kill only wasp m1 and wasp m0 in one hit.

This is because people play this game from all around the world, they all can't be online at the same time. Also, Tanki is divided in three diferent languages, German, Russian, And English. Usually English site has the least amount of players, so check russian, and german, and you will find many players online. One other possible reason is that, 1 person usually has 3 or 4 alt accounts, and he can't be online with all the accounts at the same time. Next time please ask in Questions & Answers
