What about a game mode combining TDM and CTF. Both teams would have to capture flags just the same as CTF, but the amount of kills a team gets will also be factored into the score(something like 10 kills=1 point and 1 capture=somewhere from 1-5 points). It would be called KAC(kill and capture. Upvote if you like it and downvote if you don't
