Brasil is the worst place to host FIFA. Why? 1) Brazil has high crime rate. There are also a lot of poor people, and drug cartels, and mafia's. 2) Brazil's govnerment is pretty messed up. There are a lot of army soldiers on streets, and the situation is pretty sad. 3) Brasil has a "below average" corruption index. 4) Since Brasil has a below average CI, it's easy to also bribe Brasil's judge's and officials. Of course there are far worse places, but they won't ever get to host a FIFA. I suggest hosting FIFA on Denmark, since it has the best corrupcy index.
